I wonder

After watching the final episode of Battelstar Gallactica, season 3 last night, I wonder: If a cylon gets a tattoo after their initial body was created, and then has to go to the resurrection ship, are they resurrected with a tattoo or without? It would really suck to have to go and get another 5 hour tattoo every time you needed to be resurrected, ya know?

I love how you go from U2 and wanting to help the world against injustice, suffering, and war to Deep Thoughts by Jack Handey Sci Fi edition.

Also, you have many duplicate bodies at the resurrection ship pre deployment. Only your memories are downloaded so yes you'd have to get that tat each frakkin time. Geek power!

1) How really, REALLY odd that you watched final episode of Season 3 last night. That's the exact same thing I did. Did you watch Razor?

2) If the Cylons are so advanced that they can create sentient machines that can transfer their consciousness across the vacuum of space into an uber-sexy goo bath (Gods how I'd love to take a goo bath with Six, Athena or Starbuck--or better yet all three), I'm thinkin' they can pre-ink a tattoo.

Another 6 hour tat session isnt a big deal, they are robots. After all they are just simulating pain and recognition of time, they prob just go to their happy place and wait till its over. Kind of like windows when it hibernates or goes to standby.

My question is: if the tattoo does appear on their new bodies, can they still be buried in a Jewish cemetary? I mean, it's not as if they, themselves, in their current corporeal state went and got the tat....
